Shipping & Returns
My goal is to ship your order to you so that you may receive it as soon as possible. However, each of my items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for your tiems to be processed and shipped to your address.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
Shipping time varies depending on your location. When your order is complete, I will be sure to send you a tracking number to follow your order. Crabtree Creations is not responsible for any delays once your package has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason your package is returned to us or needs to be reshipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover reshipment fees.
As each of my items is handmade and made-to-order, please keep in mind that your item may vary slightly from images listed on the website. All products are made by a person and not a machine, so there may be slight uniqueness to each one produced.
Crabtree Creations does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your product upon receiving it, please reach out to me via the “Contact” form on this website or email me at adriannecrabtreecreations@gmail.com. I am determined for us to work together to figure out hte best solution in this case.
